About Susie:

With a mission to guide individuals toward their inner calling and life's purpose, Susie Ade combines her background in mindfulness, meditation, and coaching to help people discover what they want out of life and how to get it. She’s a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. 


Susie spent the last 10 years at Google leading programs across Marketing, Trust and Safety, and People Development. Most notably, she spent several years creating sustained well-being and psychological safety within organizations as the Global Program Manager for Mental Health and Well-Being. During her time at the company, she coached hundreds of employees on reaching the next level or pivoting into a new career. In September of 2023, she left Google to pursue her career coaching practice full-time. 


Susie lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and daughter. She enjoys running, reading about the mystics and spirituality, and traveling the world with her loved ones.
